Part III of my all time favorite interior design resource series – Thomas Jefferson

A man for all seasons, Thomas Jefferson created a home that remains the epitome of great design. Jefferson’s love of home and garden has inspired architects and designers for centuries. The house he built in the Virginia hills called Monticello is still to this day acclaimed for its pure classic style.

In designer Charlotte Moss’s book “A Passion for Detail”, she wrote “Thomas Jefferson was truly a Renaissance man. Worldly and urbane…a country gentleman.” So, hats off to Thomas for giving us the inspiration to design homes that elevate the concept of the word ‘home’, now and forever.
